Rory Duffy has had work published in several journals including Southword, Crannog, The Stony Thursday Book, A New Ulster, Skylight 47, Boyne Berries & The Cormorant. He has been shortlisted in Cuirt, Sean O’Faoláin, PJ O’Connor, Frances MacManus, Over The Edge, Bath Short Story Award, among others. In 2017 Rory was nominated for a ZeBBie Award by the Irish Writers Guild for Paulo in the Underworld (a radio play). In 2018 Rory was Commended in the Gregory O’Donohue Prize. In 2019 he won the Red Line Book Festival Poetry Prize and was second in the Strokestown Summer Poetry Award.
