Charmannach is ea Máire Ní Bhriain a scríobhann as Béarla agus as Gaeilge araon. Oilte mar bhunmhúinteoir, bhain sí amach céim Mháistreachta i 2007 leis an tráchtas Scríobh na Filíochta mar Chleachtas Machnaimh. Thar na blianta tá deontais agus sparánachtaí faighte aici ón Roinn Ealaíon de Chomhairle Chontae Loch Garman, agus tá cúig chnuasach filíochta Béarla foilsithe aici. Tá a cuid saothair foilsithe i mórán foilseachán, Feasta, An tUltach, An Linn Bhuí ina measc. Bhuaigh sí Duais Fhoras na Gaeilge 2017 ag Seachtain na Scríbhneoirí i Lios Tuathail. Bronnadh Sparánacht Artlinks Loch Garman 2017 uirthi chun cnuasach de dhánta Gaeilge a chur le chéile. Foilsíodh Ré na n-Úll le Coiscéim i 2019.

Mary O’Brien is from Wexford and writes in both English and Irish. Trained as a Primary Teacher, her M.A. thesis explored the writing of poetry as a meditative practice. Over the years she has been a recipient of grants and bursaries from the Arts Department of Wexford Co. Council and has published five collections of poetry in English, maryobrienpoetry.com. Her work has appeared in journals including Feasta, An tUltach, An Linn Bhuí. She was the winner of Duais Fhoras na Gaeilge 2017 at Writers’ Week in Listowel. She was awarded an Artlinks Wexford bursary in 2017 to work on an Irish poetry collection. Ré na n-Úll was published by Coiscéim in March 2019.
