South Dublin Libraries have launched their 2016 Red line Book Festival. It is the fourth year that South Dublin Libraries will run The Red Line Book Festival Poetry Competition as part of the Book Festival. Michael O’Loughlin is judging the competition this year. It is free to enter and 1st prize is €300.
